Mya Lesnar’s record-breaking performance earned her the school's student-athlete of the week laurel.

Legendary World Wrestling Entertainment (WWE) fighter Brock Lesnar’s daughter, Mya has set an incredible record in track and field athletics. At the age of 21, Mya, who is a junior at Colorado State, has left an indelible mark in the domain of college sports. Featuring in the indoor track and field season, Mya registered 18.50 meters in the shot put at the Mines Alumni Classic to set a new record for Colorado State. The previous school record was at 17.55 meters. Mya achieved the milestone on her sixth attempt after claiming the top spot with her first two marks of the competition in the 16-meter range. Her third and fourth-round attempts were not counted due to fouls.

“A new PR and a new school record!! Happy with a strong start to my season,” Mya Lesnar wrote on Instagram.

Mya Lesnar’s record-breaking performance earned her the school’s student-athlete of the week laurel. The social media handle of the Colorado State Rams penned a congratulatory note on X.

“Congratulations to Colorado State T&F/XC’s Mya Lesnar on being named this week’s Waterpik Student-Athlete of the Week! Mya broke the school record in the women’s shot put with a mark of 18.50 meters & currently leads the nation,” read the post shared by Colorado State Rams.

Meanwhile, Brock Lesnar has not appeared on WWE’s televised action since suffering a defeat at the hand of Cody Rhodes at the SummerSlam earlier this year in August. The 10-time World Championship winner did not appear at Crown Jewel and Survivor Series. As per media reports, Lesnar is not expected to script a return to WWE until next year’s Royal Rumble. The upcoming edition of the Royal Rumble is scheduled to take place in January next year.

Apart from enjoying a stellar WWE career, Brock Lesnar took part in the Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) as well. Previously, the 46-year-old had ventured into professional football having plied his trade for the National Football League (NFL) side Minnesota Vikings back in 2004.
