The German luxury car maker Audi India has introduced a complimentary Roadside Assistance (RSA) programme in Chennai. The initiative has been taken to provide a big relief to all the customers, impacted by the ongoing cyclone Michaung.

The brand in its official release has confirmed the news. It says the needy customers can take direct benefits of complimentary RSA service across the city. It will be available 24×7, providing roadside assistance help to flood-hit customers.

Complimentary RSA Service Helpline

To make it easier and more reachable, the brand has also released a helpline number (1800-103-6800 or 1800-209-6800), ensuring the proper safety and well-being of customers during difficult times.

Benefits Come Under Audi RSA Service

There are multiple benefits, which can be taken via complimentary RSA service. The list includes on-site repair of a vehicle, delivery of fuel, safekeeping of vehicle, spare keys, custody, travel or accommodation facilities, transportation, and provision of specially-designed towing platforms.

Head of Audi India, Balbir Singh Dhillon also confirmed the news over his personal social media handle. He posted a status on Instagram that reads, “In light of the unprecedented challenges faced by the city of Chennai, we are making every possible effort to assist our customers in the city.
