Later, the Delhi Police detained both the accused from inside and identified them as Sagar Sharma (son of Shankarlal Sharma) and 35-year-old Manoranjan D.
Protestors outside the ParliamentTwo protestors, a man and a woman identified as Amol Shinde (25) and Neelam (42), were detained for protesting outside the Parliament building, carrying cans that emitted yellowish smoke.
