Yes, most online users have had this moment. Another video is doing the rounds on the internet that will leave you perplexed. It shows a man trying a mobile phone hack on a Mumbai local train. While most users had hilarious reactions, others thought it could be dangerous.
The viral clip was shared on Instagram by a user under the name Aamchi Mumbai. The footage showed a man travelling in the crowded coach of a Mumbai Western Line local train. While overcrowding on a Mumbai train is a common phenomenon, what caught everyone’s attention were the passengers’ actions. He intended to listen to music hands-free so as to get support to stand holding the side rods. The passenger therefore mounted his phone on the outside of the train’s coach. While it is unclear how he managed to do so, his earphones were plugged into his phone and hanging down. Someone on the other side of the platform noticed him and recorded this unusual action. The man noticed that he was being filmed and briefly waved to the camera as well.
The caption along with the footage read, “Only in Mumbai,” while the text on the clip remarked, “Yeh technology Mumbai se bahar nahi jaani chahiye.” Interestingly, the clip was uploaded with the trending song ‘Moye Moye’ playing in the background. The video has garnered over 5.7 million views so far and several reactions.
Some users hilariously said, “Mumbai is not for beginners,” “Only Mumbaikars can do.” Others joke saying, “Science is not science anymore,” “FM ka signal acha aayega ab.’ While an user casually pointed out that this is why, “Mumbai mein AC local successful nahi ho rahi.”
Many avid travellers commented, “Kurla wale be like- tera phone to gaya beta,” “Western h isliye…Central nahi to harbour hoti toh ab tak chor ke piche bhagta tha.” Interestingly an individual pointed out that he was familiar with this guy. “Maine issey pehle bhi dekha hai Andheri station pe..ye rox aise hi stunt karta hai,” mentioned the user. Some simply appreciated his innovative streak and said, “Jugaad Technology.”
