Ranbir Kapoor’s Animal has become one of the biggest blockbusters of the year. Ever since its release, several throwback videos and pictures of the actors from the sets of the movie have gone viral on social media. Now, a new picture has surfaced in which Ranbir Kapoor is seen taking a selfie with his on-screen cousins.
In the photo, Ranbir and two of his ‘Animal’ cousins are seen seated inside a car. The three flaunt their charming smiles as they pose for the camera. Ranbir looks dapper in a black overcoat and long beard. The photo speaks of the bond that the actors shared on sets of Sandeep Reddy Vanga directorial. Check it out here:

Released on December 1, Animal revolves around a man and his toxic relationship with his father. Directed by Sandeep Reddy Vanga, the film shows Vijay (played by Ranbir) as an anti-hero who would go to any lengths to protect his father, including gun down 200 people with machine gun. However, despite his efforts, he struggles to get a seal of approval from his emotionally unavailable father (played by Anil Kapoor). His unhealthy relationship with his father impacts his relationship with his wife (played by Rashmika Mandanna).
Animal has been accused of glorifying misogyny and toxic masculinity by several social media users. However, despite everything, the film is going immensely well at the box office. The film has already crossed the Rs 500 crore mark at the Indian box office.
