Kia unveils the revamped Sonet, a tech-loaded SUV with 25 safety features, pioneering ADAS tech, and a reward-based driving program via Kia Connect.

Kia has finally unveiled the updated version of Sonet.

This revamped Sonet is more muscular and sportier, aiming to meet the needs of modern couples and tech-savvy professionals looking for a complete mobility solution.

Kia Sonet Facelift: ADAS

Packed with cutting-edge features, the New Sonet boasts 10 autonomous features under the Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS), including Front Collision Avoidance Assist (FCA), Leading Vehicle Departure Alert (LVDA), and Lane Following Assist (LFA), among others. With a robust 15 Hi-Safety features, the Sonet now flaunts a remarkable total of 25 safety features, making it the sole Compact SUV in its segment to offer such a comprehensive safety package.

Kia Sonet Facelift: Features

On top of safety, the New Sonet brings 10 best-in-segment features, like a Dual Screen Connected Panel Design and a Smartpure Air purifier with Virus and Bacteria protection. Kia has made 6 airbags a standard feature in the new Sonet, setting a new safety benchmark in the Indian market.

Additionally, Kia introduces the ‘Kia Inspiring Drive Program’ (K.I.D) through the ‘Kia Connect’ app, evaluating drivers’ behavior and rewarding good practices like seatbelt usage and adhering to speed limits. Initially, this program is for Kia Sonet owners.

In a customer-centric move, Kia India reintroduces Manual Transmission to all Sonet variants with a Diesel powertrain. The Sonet now offers a variety of transmission options, ensuring a customized driving experience for every driver.

Kia Sonet Facelift: Design

The sporty and upright design gives the Sonet a bold and masculine stance, with features like Crown Jewel LED Headlamps, Star Map LED DRLs, and R16 Crystal Cut Alloy Wheels.

The cabin of the New Sonet boasts features like LED Ambient Sound Lighting, BOSE Premium 7 Speaker System, and a Dual Screen Connected Panel Design. Furthermore, the SUV also comes with 360 Degree Camera with Blind View Monitor in Cluster and a 4-Way Power Driver’s Seat for added convenience.

With over 70 Connected Car features, including Find My Car with Surround View Monitor and Vallet Mode, Sonet ensures a connected, secure, and convenient driving experience.
